Cancellation Policy

We require a 30 day notice to cancel your membership with Robertson Family Health Care. If you cancel your membership and need to re-enroll at a later time, please note that there is a 6 month waiting period as well as a $150 re-enrollment fee. To cancel your membership, please call us at (719) 627-5025 or email us at office@robertsonfamilyhealth.com.
